BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired cardio dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. It is a 50-minute cardio class that has choreography which cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences that can help you burn around 500-800 calories per session.

Kickboxing is a stand-up combat sport based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate mixed with boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defence, general fitness, or as a contact sport. Bootcamp is a unique, high-intensity blend of cardio and strength-based activities that engages the entire human body. This 60-minute, circuit-training style workout burns an estimated 400-600 calories, and is guaranteed to test your strength and endurance, as well as make you sweat! Activities include, but are not limited to core training, weight training, and stretch and mobility training
